Return Policy

All returns must be approved via email at shopsimplychosen@gmail.com. If you are looking to return an item for any reason, please email before returning or the return will not be accepted. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Return/exchange shipping must be paid for by the customer.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed in any way.

Damaged items:

Must be reported via email at shopsimplychosen@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery date. Please include in the email pictures of the damages for the item to be approved before returning the item(s).

In store credit for returns:

Simply Chosen only offers in store credit for returns. We are a small business and cannot accept returns to the original form of payment. We will send you an E-Gift Card that does not expire. This gift card will be emailed to you with the address provided during check out. 

Additional return/exchange details:

- Since we are a small business just starting out, there will be limited items so there are no promises that we have another size left for an exchange.

- Returned merchandise must still have tags on it, and must be unwashed, unworn, and free of odor.

- Shipping charges are not refundable. 

- Please make sure you type in your correct address at the time of checkout, if an item is sent back to us because of an incorrect address, you will be charged again for us to reship your package.
